Everything. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff who were so welcoming, polite, courteous and very helpful, particularly as my luggage did not arrive at the airport, and they helped me get it back in 24 hours. Housekeeping is excellent, with room being cleaned by polite staff every day. I loved this hotel.

The size of the room and the facilities provided. Starbucks is just across the road and plenty of restaurants around.
